Holiness in the Bible; is a life that is set apart and reserved to give glory to GOD. A life of discipline and focus. To live a life of holiness is to run away from sin.
According to John 3:16, JESUS CHRIST has delivered you. But you need to surrender to HIM to be saved.
The simple way to understand holiness is to live according to the Word of GOD. Hebrews 12:14 says you must live a life of holiness in order to possess your possessions.
The earth and it's fullness there off belongs to GOD (our FATHER). if so, why should you suffer as a child of GOD. JESUS paid the price for us so we don't have to suffer and our FATHER doesn't want us to suffer. HE wants us to enjoy here on earth and enjoy in the life after. And to unlock the doors of blessings. all we need to do is to live according to HIS Word.
Also; yes, the Bible says; "follow peace with all men" but this doesn't mean you should compromise your Christianity. Remember: "Nothing changes until the soul changes". It is Only you that can change yourself through the Word of GOD.
